These Terms apply to all purchases made through our website. We may update them from time to time, but once your order is confirmed, it will be bound by the version in place at that moment.

The Order Process

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and the availability of stock. We reserve the right, at our discretion, not to accept or fulfil an order.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation to the address provided at checkout. Please note, this email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee availability.

If we are unable to supply your order, either in full or in part, we will let you know as soon as possible. Any unavailable items will be cancelled, and payment for those items will be refunded in full.

Payment & Pricing

We will process your payment through the online checkout at the time of placing an order. However, please note that the funds may take 2-3 business days from the date of purchase to be withdrawn from your bank account.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay and Klarna.

In cooperation with Klarna Bank, we offer you the following payment options.

We occasionally offer promotional codes. Only one code may be applied per order and codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

If we discover a pricing error, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Duties & Taxes

We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges.

Product Information

We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours can appear differently depending on your screen. Images on our site are for illustration purposes only, and we cannot guarantee that the descriptions, colours, or other content on the Site is accurate, error-free, or complete.

Every Gushlow and Cole leather and shearling piece is made in England. Variations in colour, texture, and finish are to be expected and part of the nature of the product.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order swiftly. Delivery times and charges are provided at checkout, but may vary during peak periods or if we need to make your order. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details. If you request changes after dispatch, such as a safe-place delivery, responsibility for these changes passes to you.

Returns and Refunds

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return items, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. Returns are at the customer's cost. We recommend using our returns service. If you choose to return items via an alternative method, you are responsible for the costs, and we recommend purchasing insurance.

Refunds will be issued, excluding shipping costs, if arranged by us.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If cancellation is not possible before dispatch, you may still return the item once it arrives. Cancellations or refusal of delivery will result in deductions from your refund to cover return costs.

Liability

We are responsible for losses caused by our failure to comply with these Terms if they are foreseeable. We are not liable for business losses or matters outside our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the price of the goods purchased.

Intellectual Property

All rights in our designs, products, content and imagery belong to Gushlow & Cole. You may view, download or print content for personal use only. Commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Privacy & Data

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. By placing an order, you consent to necessary fraud-prevention checks.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales, or if you reside in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in your local courts.
